STEM Xposure is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering minority students, particularly African American girls aged 10-17, by providing access to underrepresented careers in STEM—Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

Our mission is to create a pipeline that supports students throughout their academic journeys, offering a transformative curriculum and wraparound services to eliminate barriers to success.

We strive to inspire curiosity, foster innovation, and promote inclusivity, ensuring every student has the chance to explore their potential. By providing education, resources, and opportunities, STEM Xposure is creating a more diverse and equitable future in STEM.

Our Mission

STEM Xposure is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering minority students by providing access to underrepresented careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Our mission is to bridge the opportunity gap by offering education, resources, and real-world experiences that inspire curiosity, drive innovation, and cultivate future-ready leaders.

We focus on creating pathways for African American girls, boys, and adults in underserved communities, both locally and globally, to explore careers in architecture, beauty science, environmental survival, and workforce development, including our Construction X Workforce program for adults. Through camps, enrichment programs, and immersive experiences, we eliminate barriers to success and ensure our students can thrive in their academic and professional pursuits.
