Our work with organizations, industry leaders, educational institutions, and local administrators has ensured that on-the-ground programming supports the growing interests of future STEM leaders -- aligning with our mission to empower, equip, and spark possibilities for the next generation of policymakers, entrepreneurs, formulators, and thought leaders.

Time Zones

Our programs have impacted students internationally across multiple continents, crossing 4 different time zones. For instance, WE DRAW goes beyond borders. Students collaborate across countries and time zones to design solutions to real challenges—especially housing, resilience, and community development—using the same tools and processes as today’s architects and engineers.

Innovative activations with Science of Beauty

Students have toured cosmetic laboratories, HBCU college campuses, luxury stores, museums, and so much more! Every activation broadens their horizons and fuels their passion for STEM and the beauty industry -- exposing our girls to a vast world of possibilities around them.

Students at Tampa Bay Tech Architecture Academy

As well as 8 studetns at FAMU, 5 students pursuing degrees in STEM-related field North Carolina A&T and Spelman College, dozens of students exposed annually to AEC career pathways and more atributors to overall alumni success!
