OUR PROGRAMS
The STEM Xposure Architectural Design and Construction camps offer a unique opportunity to introduce and involve minority students in our community to STEM careers and the transformative influence of architectural design.

​Upon completing each camp, participants will possess a heightened understanding of how to actively contribute to positive changes in the design-built environment within their communities. Furthermore, they will gain a deeper comprehension of the skills and responsibilities associated with the roles of an architect and designer. The ultimate objective is to guide students towards STEM careers, potentially leading them to the construction industry in roles such as architects, engineers, professional tradespeople, and general contractors.

The She Draws Tampa Bay Local Camp is a 'Girls-Only' camp hosted at different locations in Tampa Bay.

GLOBAL ARCHITECTURAL CAMP
The Global Camp in partnership with Makueni County, is conducted in a virtual format. The camp attracts participants from the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Kenya, and Nigeria, engaging them for 10+ days. The camp's primary focus is to instruct students in the art of utilizing Sketchup for architectural design. Additionally, participants have the opportunity to engage with mentors and connect with STEM Xposure's alumni from prior camp sessions as part of their enriching experience.

THE SCIENCE OF BEAUTY
Founded in 2022, The Science of Beauty STEM program is a partnership between FlyGirlApproved and STEM Xposure. We host summer camps and field trips for African American girls ages 10-17 years to help them understand intricacies about hair, beauty and skincare. We provide mentorship to the young girls into the STEM careers in the beauty industry. During the programs, they get to interact with beauty professionals, Science professionals and business professionals.

NCCER WORKFORCE PROGRAM
STEM Xposure Inc. created CONSTRUCTION X, a workforce program that focuses on training and job placement for needed trades that are in demand. This progressive program is designed for anyone interested in careers in the construction industry.
