SHEDRAWS
Design Architecture Program
Design Build Lead
SHE Draw is STEM Xposure Inc.’s signature architectural experience created to put girls at the center of the built world. This immersive program exposes middle and high school girls to Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) through real-life projects, cutting-edge technology, and mentorship from women who are actually doing the work.
This isn’t a sit-and-watch camp. Girls design, test, build, and present—just like professionals.
What make SHE Draw different
Real Projects. Real Tools. Real Impact. Participants work on authentic design challenges inspired by real communities and industry needs. From concept sketches to digital models, students experience the full design-to-build pipeline.
Future-Ready Tech Girls learn to use industry-aligned tools including:
-
AI-assisted design and rendering
-
3D modeling and printing
-
Virtual & augmented reality
-
Digital drafting and spatial visualization
Women-Led Mentorship Representation matters. Every SHE Draw experience is led and supported by female architects, engineers, construction managers, technologists, and designers who serve as mentors, instructors, and role models.
Hands-On + High Expectations We don’t water it down. Students are challenged to think critically, collaborate, problem-solve, and present their ideas with confidence.

What Students Learn

Why It Matters
Women—especially women of color—remain underrepresented in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and emerging tech fields. SHE Draw changes the narrative early by giving girls access, exposure, and belief.
We don’t just tell girls they belong in STEM.
We show them.
Who It’s For
-
Girls in middle and high school (typically ages 10–17)
-
Students curious about design, technology, or how the world is built
-
Girls who may not yet see themselves represented in STEM or construction careers
No prior experience required—just curiosity and courage.

Outcomes That Last
SHE Draw participants leave with:
-
Portfolio-ready design work
-
Exposure to college and career pathways
-
Industry connections and mentorship
-
A clearer vision of what’s possible
Many alumni continue into advanced STEM programs, design academies, and AEC-focused education pathways.
