WE DRAW
GLOBAL ARCHITECTURE PROGRAM
Connecting the World Through Architecture, AI, Engineering & Construction
WE DRAW is STEM Xposure Inc.’s flagship global architectural education program exposing students ages 10–17 to Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) through real-life projects, global collaboration, and representation-driven mentorship.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
WE DRAW goes beyond borders. Students collaborate across countries and time zones to design solutions to real challenges—especially housing, resilience, and community development—using the same tools and processes as today’s architects and engineers.
This program is designed to close the exposure gap by giving students early access to design education, technology, and mentors who reflect their lived experiences.

PROGRAM VISION
Expose Early. Equip Deeply. Connect Globally.
Students—especially those from underrepresented and underserved communities—often lack access to architecture, design technology, and global mentorship. WE DRAW changes that by combining hands-on design, emerging technology, and representation-driven mentorship in a global learning environment.
WHO WE SERVE
WE DRAW serves students ages 10–17, including middle and high school youth interested in design, technology, and how communities are built.
No prior experience required. Curiosity is the prerequisite.

Why it matters
Architecture shapes how people live, learn, and thrive—yet it remains one of the least diverse STEM professions globally.
WE DRAW intervenes early, showing students that:
-
Architecture is accessible
-
Their lived experiences matter in design
-
They belong in shaping the built environment
We are not just teaching students how to draw buildings.
We are teaching them how to design futures.
What makes WE DRAW Global
Global Collaboration
Students work with peers across continents, learning how culture, climate, and community shape design.
-
Real-Life Design Challenges
Affordable housing, disaster resilience, sustainability, and community-centered design projects rooted in real needs.
-
Technology-Driven Learning
AI-assisted design, 3D modeling, SketchUp, digital drafting, and virtual presentations.
-
Representation & Mentorship
Women architects, engineers, and designers—many alumni—serve as mentors and instructors.

Looking Ahead
WE DRAW continues to scale through partnerships with:
-
Universities and STEM labs
-
Architecture and construction firms
-
International education organizations
