What a year it's been! As I sit here reflecting on everything we accomplished together in 2025, I'm honestly getting a little emotional. When we started STEM Xposure Inc., we dreamed of making real change in how girls and underserved communities access STEM opportunities. This year proved that dreams backed by action create unstoppable momentum.
Let me share with you the incredible impact we made together: because every single one of these achievements belongs to our entire community of supporters, mentors, students, and believers.
Breaking Barriers in Construction: The Construction X Success Story
Sponsored by ABC Gulf Coast chapter provide workforce training to Tampa County Housing Authority with 15 students graduating with four industry certifications.
Four students were put to work.
The Science of Survival: Engineering Hope for Tomorrow
SOS the science of survival AI, architectural engineering, and construction camp a two-week camp focus was designing and building a house that can withstand 108 mph of hurricane wins. Each class discussion we brought women in a industry professionals to remind the girls that all things are achievable. The Takeaway the benefit of this program is we are students identified to community problems. Use technology to solve it. These students really learn how to advocate for change properly. A college tour also for 10 days, we were able to change their eating habits by providing healthy breakfast and lunch options while, supporting local restaurants.

This camp was also held during Juneteenth, which we provided an amazing June team celebration highlighting the significance of Juneteenth . All camps concluded with a career readiness session to understand if there is any of these professional Stem careers that they have been exposed to now they have a direct pathway along with mentors to assist on their academic journey.. this camp was held at USF Saint Pete stem lab. this camp was kicked off by Doctor Sharon Brown at the Mayors office in Saint Pete Pinellas County. She’s the Director of Education.
The Science of Sports: From 0-85 to 2-0
Science of sports is a one week camp for students focus on the science behind football. We understand speed, bio mechanics, safety, and concluded with a combine that brought out 60 individual students from the community.
Pee-wee leagues and Pop Warner and Gibb High School football team and on the field, we had D1 trainers.

This program is especially dear to my heart because I am a football fan. Interestingly, give High School 2024 at the worst football record. Their last game played. They lost by the score of 0 to 85. This particular programs has helped these students on and off the field, not only science football, but they also understand the skim careers with the industry. 2025 football season they are 2-0! BIG FLEX.
The Great Exploration: STEM Careers from A - Z
The Great Exploration of Stem careers from A to Z each session we identify a unrepresented stem career in the alphabet starting with my favorite architecture is a curriculum for students 9 to 13 year olds. This is a critical time for these students. Most students are entering sixth grade, which is where they choose their electives. The great exploration program curriculum gives them the exposure to the various stem careers that they can pursue.

We Draw: Connecting the World Through Architecture
The We Draw Architectural camp, where we are connecting the world with architecture you have students participating virtually collaborating with different students from different areas of the world concentrated on one project and that is to create a home that is flood resistant, and that can withstand hurricane winds. The designs are innovative and inspiring.

We have 14 students pursuing architecture at the University of Nairobi that return every summer to teach the next class Future architect. We also have one exchange student that is pursuing architecture at Florida International Memorial.
The Science of Beauty: From Consumers to Creators
Our local Science of Beauty program engaged over 20 students ages 10-17 in the different STEM careers within the beauty industry. Each day, a different product was made and representation was shown.

The science of beauty tour visited several HBCU tours promoting the science of beauty and the stem careers within the beauty, industry, encouraging girls to be developers creators instead of consumers .
These are the programs that STEM exposure provided and 2025 .
To date we have impacted 524 girls virtually 20,000 and more with our Virtual platform.
